Chanel Monitor is a web-based application that allows users to connect their YouTube accounts to view analytics and performance data in a centralized dashboard. The Service uses the official YouTube API to fetch and display this data.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
By connecting your YouTube account, you grant the Service permission to access data in accordance with the YouTube API's terms of service and our Privacy Policy. Our access and use of data obtained from YouTube are strictly for the purpose of providing and improving the dashboard functionality offered to you.

In no event shall Chanel Monitor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
You may terminate your account by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting any connected accounts from the dashboard.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
